About Clubland
It was always the people who kept turning up. We build the digital one and we look after it, laid course by course on the four things a club is actually made of.
Book a 20 minute demoFoundations first. A club is built on those four. Everything above them we build and look after, and every club on Clubland gets every brick we lay after that.
Every club has the person who lines the field at seven on a Saturday morning, the one who has done the canteen roster for eleven years, and the family who have had someone in the club since 1968. None of that is the problem.
Community sport does not run on software. It runs on the people who keep turning up, and it is quietly losing them.
What clubs run short of is a way to keep everyone close. The premiership photos sit in a cupboard. The honour board gets repainted by hand. The team list goes out on a Thursday night to a group chat half the club has muted. Players finish up and quietly disappear. Supporters lose the thread. The people who built the place stop hearing from it.
That is not a technology problem. It is a belonging problem, and it is the reason clubs lose people they never meant to lose.
We started Clubland to give clubs somewhere their people can gather all year, not just on game day. Not another admin system for volunteers to learn. A clubhouse. Somewhere the player in her first season and the member who ran on in 1974 both feel at home.
Clubland is a small Australian team building for community sport full time. We work with clubs across rugby, netball, football, AFL and cricket, from single ground community clubs through to school programs and associations, in Australia and overseas.
We are not a reseller and we are not a template. We build the platform, we build each Digital Clubhouse on it, and we are the people a club calls when something needs doing.

Brand and story

Development
We are marketers, brand storytelling specialists and highly skilled developers. We are passionate about our vision.
That mix is deliberate. A Digital Clubhouse is only half a technology problem. The other half is knowing how a club talks about itself, and who it is talking to.
The bottom course of the wall. Every decision we make about a Digital Clubhouse comes back to one of these.
Everyone who loves the club gets a place inside it. A profile with their own record on it, a membership card on their phone, a reason to check in on a Wednesday. The difference between being on a database and being a member.
A place of your ownOne message reaches the people it should. News, fixtures and results, updated automatically, land in the app on the phone in their pocket, instead of a feed that decides for itself who is allowed to see the club's news this week.
Straight to your peoplePlayers, supporters, families, sponsors, past players and life members in one place and on the same side. Not eighteen Saturdays and a presentation night, but twelve months of reasons to still be part of it.
Everyone, in one placeHonour boards, premierships, life members and every season played, recorded properly and searchable by name. A club's history should not depend on one person's memory or one box in a shed.
Kept for goodWe do not hand a club a blank website and wish it luck. The wall goes up one course at a time, and we are still laying bricks long after launch.
We take what the club already has, the history, the photos, the honour boards, the names on the wall, and we put it somewhere it can actually be found.
Clubland builds and manages the website, the app and the Supporter CRM. Volunteers are not handed a second job, and nobody has to learn a platform to keep the club running.
Every club on Clubland gets every new feature we build. The clubhouse gets bigger each season, and the price on the door does not move because of it.
Not the platform, not the feature list, not us. If it does not make the club stronger, it does not get built.
Websites and apps are how it gets delivered. What a club is actually buying is a reason for its people to stay close.
Every hour a volunteer spends wrestling a website is an hour not spent on the club. We take that hour back and we do not hand it away again.
Premierships, honour boards and life members deserve better than a spreadsheet and a shoebox. We treat the record as part of the club, not an afterthought.
A club of 90 members should look and feel as good online as a club of 9,000. Size should not decide who gets a proper clubhouse.
We are here because community sport is worth keeping, and it is quietly losing people it could hold on to.
Clubs we look after
We will walk you through a real Digital Clubhouse, show you what it looks like with your club's name on it, and tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.
